Victoria Hilditch
Victoria started her career in London, being made the Marketing Manager of the famous London residential complex Dolphin Square at just 25 she then went agency side working with clients such as Mastercard, Virgin, Boeing, RSPCA, Chris Hoy and many more.
In 2015 Victoria launched her own marketing and communications agency, Vinco Marketing who have won awards locally and whose designs have regularly been seen in stores such as John Lewis and Costco. She is also a shareholder in a number of other businesses and has real on-the-ground knowledge and really understands the challenges of running a SME in the current climate.
She was named as one of the UK’s top 100 Marketing Directors to keep an eye on in 2023. Victoria loves working with businesses giving them the tools and knowledge to increase sales, brand awareness and profits.
