As part of the continuing change support available to all colleagues impacted by the Bush House programme, we are running a series of lunch and learn sessions. The first is on managing stress and improving wellbeing

Modern living is putting many of us under increasing stress which is having a negative impact on many aspects of our lives. For most we cannot simply walk away from our stress, we still have to work, juggle multiple commitments, support families and friends, leaving little time for ourselves.

Stress can take an inevitable negative toll on us – fatigue, unable to focus, feeling emotional and unable to cope are all too common. This session will look at why we react the way we do to stress (it’s not our fault!) and learn about some techniques to stay calm and in control.

Giselle Monbiot, a stress specialist and cognitive hypnotherapist will host the sessions and participants will leave with a toolkit of techniques and a new approach to stress management and wellbeing to support you in the workplace and beyond.

Giselle is running two sessions for an hour and a half each, on 5 December.. Lunch will be provided. To book a place, please click 'select a date' above.
