When will I get the session link?

You will receive an email with a zoom link 24hours prior and again 2 hours prior.

I can't afford the fee, can you help?

Question 3

What if I can only join part of the session?

As this is only 60 mins, we cover basic learning agreements, sorry we cannot admit late attendees (once the learning agreements have been shared at appx 12:10).

Question 4

I've booked but can't make it now, can I get a refund

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can refund up to 48hrs prior but will need to charge a £10 admin/tkt fee. Or you can rebook another date or offset the cost for another Lunch & Learn Session. Sorry we cannot offset for other longer training sessions.

Question 5

What is the format of the Lunch & Learn Session?

Accepted Answer

This will be delivered by a Trainer with lived experience of the topic. They will use slides, the platform will be zoom, and we can turn on the transcript.

I have a learning need, can I speak to someone?

Yes, please either email us with your needs, and/or a contact number and we will do our best to accommodate.

Sorry we do not allow recording of any part of the session
