We all know the benefits of stepping away from our desks, but without accountability, the hours slip by, and we realize we've been sitting all day. That’s where Marion and our Zesty Powered Walks come in—with her vibrant energy and empathetic coaching, she ensures it actually happens!

Join us for a 30-minute guided lunchtime walk around Queen’s Park, where gentle yoga-inspired breathing, energizing easy movements, and restorative back/ shoulder stretches combine to refresh your body and refocus your mind.

At The Hearth, we’re committed to supporting your well-being and productivity. These 30-minutes post lunch biweekly walks are your chance to reset, recharge, and return to work feeling energized and creative—all while connecting with fellow members. We always try to give the best to The Hearth members and walking has been proven to give so many benefits so we could not help but offer you these bi weekly walks by adding a guided outside walk in your day. Plus, if like me, you are always trying to find hacks to help speed up your metabolism, walking post meal has proven to enhance digestion and manage glucose spikes for less fatigue crashes late-afternoon, making us rush to sugary snacks to stay awake.

Marion Bignone, certified Fitness and Wellness Coach and founder of Zest For Life Studio since 2016, a boutique fitness home in North London - Wembley. She's been passionate about supporting women embracing movements to be at their best, delivering a personalized and practical program, integrating movement momentum, nutritional accountability, and mental support to energize your body, uplift your mind, and enhance your well-being for a life lived to the fullest. She is certified in many sportive and well-being activities, including PT Level 3, Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Yoga Breathing, Circuit specialist, Hormone Transition Specialist Coach and Weight and Nutrition Management.
