Jon Prideaux is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the payments and e-commerce sectors.
- CEO & Director, Boku Inc. – Jon IPO’d Boku on the UK AIM market and built it into a global leader in carrier billing and local payment methods.
- Visa Europe – As EVP of e-commerce, Jon pioneered online payments at scale, leading groundbreaking product launches and digital initiatives.
- IBM – Jon began his career in systems engineering and consulting before moving into senior leadership roles across multiple companies.
- Board & Leadership Roles – He has held CEO and Non-Executive Chairman positions at several businesses, combining hands-on operational detail with high-level strategic vision.
