Description
Take some time out of your day to relax and stretch out. The session is focused on relaxation techniques to help you de-stress and stretch out. This style of yoga is accessible to all, with most of it taking place sitting down; all movements are aimed to counterbalance the way in which we hold our bodies at our desk and to aid circulation.
