Join us on your lunch break for this 45 minute intro with hands-on exercises designed by certified KGH Hypnobirthing teacher and Reiki practitioner Katya Chitova to help you build your personal Meditation practice.
This session will give tips on techniques as well as explain with simple terms but great depth the effect of Meditation on your relationships with yourself and those around you, as well as explain how it manages to improve your mood and physical health.
Drama and theatre being Katya’s background gives this introduction session a more familiar perspective of directing attention, paying attention, giving attention, switching attention and everything-else-attention. We’ll finish with a Q&A and a 15 minute guided meditation to give your afternoon a good start.
