About this Event

Robinson Crusoe 300

This talk will feature author Daniel Defoe’s life, his classic tale and his adventures in Bristol. Mark Steeds is a founder member of both the Long John Silver Trust (creators of Crusoe 300) and Bristol Radical History Group. The talk complements the ongoing Crusoe 300 Exhibition at the Library helping to celebrate the 300th Anniversary Defoe’s classic and its connections with Bristol.
