Take 15 minutes out of your day to stretch, breathe and relax with Chair Yoga from Irene McSorley as she guides you through postures and stretches in 4x 15 minute sets at the following times:

1pm
1.15pm
All are welcome to join in any set at any time - stay for one, or all four sets!
Chairs will be provided. Suitable for beginners.
