We do not provide toilet facilities, however there is access to the shopping centre facilities above our store. You will have to leave during the event if you require the use of these facilities and it is recommended to go before hand if possible.

Can we bring food & drink.

We ask you do not open or eat any food in the store especially during the event as we work with fresh products and ingredients. Drinks are welcome so long as they are in closed containers and any spillages are proficiently cleaned.

Do we need to buy tickets are parents/guardians?

no! Unless you would also like to create your own Luna's Butterfly bath bomb you do not need to purchase for any parents and guardians present, only for those participating in the event. Although we do ask that you assist your little ones throughout the event with things like putting on gloves etc.

What ages can attend the event?

Ages 4+ can attend the Lush Summer Critter Hunt Event so long as a parent or guardian is actively assisting the guest for the duration of the event. This will include assisting in the games and making of the product.
