Does an adult need to purchase a ticket?

No! We just ask you stay by your young ones whilst they partake in the event in case they need your help, or have an allergy. For exmaple, 1 ticket = 1 person taking part in our event. Additionally,1 ticket + 1 add-on = 1 person taking part in our event.

I have only purchased a Minion Mystery Bag. Can I take part in the event?

No. You must purchase a General Admission ticket to be able to partake in our event. For example, 0 General Admission ticket + 1 Minion Mystery Bag = no participation in our event.

My child has an allergy, how can I best ensure my child's safety?

We can provide a list of ingredients of the products used in our event. Please email Derby@lush.co.uk for more information. Please let your party host know on the day who has the allergy. Their care is your responsibility, not with LUSH. We provide the entertainment!

I just want the minion mystery bag, can I purchase this separately?

Yes! But please be aware you will not be able to take part in our Halloween Event unless you have purchased a General Admission Ticket. 1 general admission +2 Minion Mystery Bags = 1 person partaking in our event.
