Lust for Life Productions begins their gig night residency at Space Studios with a bang! Our mission is to get bands into Norwich from far and wide, bringing new music to your ears and a new stage for these bands to play upon.
Friend of Lust for Life, our headliner is JC & The Great Plague. Think 'eerie smut-rock’, hailing from Bristol/London. Gloomy verses, big choruses, unconventional lyrical content, delivered in a brutally primal fashion at their theatrical live gigs.They’ve just recorded their debut single with KevinVanbergen (The Cure, Nick Cave).They are now booking gigs up and down the country, spreading the plague to adoring lepers far and wide.
Support comes from Her Name Was? This Lincoln duo provide sound full of raw grit and have caught the attention of BBC Introducing and BBC 6 Music. Currently causing a stir on the London scene.
Our opener is local legend Lara Price. Lara is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist and gifted alternative rock singer-songwriter from right here in Norwich. We can't wait to see her open the show.
