• Homemade butternut squash and rosemary soup

• Garlic & herb chicken breast with crushed new potatoes, roast vegetables and red pepper sauce

• Seared mackerel with fondant potatoes, sauteed greens and champagne sauce

• Wild mushroom arancini, hazelnut pesto, green salad and truffle oil

Dessert

• Plum crumble tart and vanilla ice cream
