About this event

Youth Rangers is a volunteer conservation group for young people aged 12-17 years old. We meet monthly at various Bedfordshire Nature Reserves and would love to welcome you to our group. Joining us will give you the opportunity to make new friends and acquire new skills whilst helping to protect and improve the local environment.

This month we'll be exploring Totternhoe Nature Reserve and helping our monitoring team to look for the rare Great Pignut plant and learning some floral surveying at this amazing site.

Please come dressed in long sleeves and long trousers and wear sturdy footwear. We also recommend you bring a waterproof jacket in case of rain. You do not need any experience to attend and all equipment will be provided. Feel free to bring your own drink and snack but hot and cold drinks and biscuits will be available at break time.
