A two-hour guided walk around Luton's High Town, highlighting the evidence of historic features still visible if you look carefully. We will take in the station area, High Town Road shops, St Matthews Church with a special focus on the hat making district encompassing Reginald Street, Mussons Path, North Street etc. 

We also feature a look at the several ghost signs in the area as well as a number of the historic pubs. 

We could take a whole day to look around this fascinating part of old Luton but I hope this 2-hour walk will take in the major highlights and spark some fascinating discussions.  Audience participation and contributions are very welcome !
