Event description

This is the first instalment of courses from LUX Photography Workshops.

Workshop 1 is a DSLR course for those with a fancy new DSLR or for those who have a DSLR camera collecting dust and want to get out there and create some amazing photographs.

It could be that you want to be able to create and make amazing photographs at home documenting your family.

On days out, family events, BBQ's or whatever you guys love to get up to.

It could be that your fascinated with street photography and want to be able to create and make images that really get people thinking.

Maybe you want to head into the countryside and capture amazing landscapes.

Either way, before you start creating amazing images. You first need to know how to use the camera.

Your photography skills will develop on this one day introductory workshop. You'll learn to get off automatic mode and get creative with composition whilst maintaining exposure.

Help you get those razor sharp images and those creative blurred backgrounds.

Photography is becoming more and more popular, but with people neglecting the time to learn the correct techniques and technical side of photography.

How the day will unfold;

We'll be in a creative building and workspace to keep our creative minds fuelled. The classroom has an awesome coffee shop attached to it too!
