Asian Wedding Directory has teamed up with award wining event planners to bring The Luxury Asian Wedding Show to the East Midlands for the 12th year running.

An amazing event showcasing some of the UK's best and most credible wedding suppliers and vendors.

Organise everything for your big day at one great event in one amazing location. The Leicester Marriott Hotel is the East Midlansd's premier wedding and events venue and is frequented by many of the areas celebrities and sports personalities alike.

The Show

So whether you are organising a Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, Tamil or Bengali wedding or in-fact any wedding for that matter, you’ll find an awesome selection of suppliers to help you plan your perfect day.

The Luxury Asian wedding show is back at The Leicester Marriott Hotel. Smith Way, Grove Park, LS19 1SW from 12noon to 6pm

As you enter we present to you our World famous ASIAN BAZAAR which has become synonymous at all of our events across the UK. This is where a wonderful array of pop ups will be gathered selling those all-important wedding accessories, an array of bespoke outfits and gifts. Shopping here has become a must for the discerning bride, groom or family member.

Then as you move through to the luxurious lobby area there is no time 'yet' for a break you've got to head past an area full of boutiques, local designers & bars, please remember the location of the hotels Market Kitchen its opposite you as you exit the Asian Bazaar and the hotel's reception desk as we would love you to come back there later for refreshments and also for those all important supplier and family meetings, make decisions over cups of chai or a light meal with loved ones All catered for by the areas biggest restaurant and one of the venues preferred catering suppliers Feast India and Feast India Events.

Moving ever so closer to the Anti Room please take the lifts or the short stairs to our first floor, here we will be putting together a selection of rooms of the Midlands finest brands, our groom's room full of great ideas for the groom and those groomsmen ,don’t forget to walk over the bridge for more including our beauty workshops and boutiques, up here lots of companies await you such as decor, wedding accessories and wedding invite plus lots more.

Once back downstairs again turn right which leads to the Anti Room and beautiful Grove Suite.

More specially chosen brands await you; you’ll find bespoke products and ideas unavailable anywhere else, entertainment, coctails and mocktails, makeup artists, venues, wedding planners, juttis, mehndi, invites, cakes and much more

Remember purchases can be made on the day, or just make appointments for a later date. So, if you want browse and shop in our Asian Bazaar for jewellery, perfumes, clothing or those all-important wedding accessories to match all of your outfits, look for wedding ideas or inspiration or to simply treat yourselves to a great desi brunch from amazing 'FEAST INDIA EVENTS' this is the place to be on Sunday 30th November 2025.

This is a once-a-year event for only one day, so do not miss it!
