OUTLINE Lingerie Making Masterclass:

This intensive 3 day Lingerie making masterclass will give students the chance to learn the skills and techniques involved in professional lingerie sewing. Each student will make a set of luxury lingerie, including a bra and matching thongs or briefs.

You will learn how to work with very fine lingerie fabrics (including specialist trimmings/ laces and power nets)and how to achieve professional finishing techniques.

Friday:

- Introduction-

You will be be introduced to a variety of professional sewing techniques and will have the chance to practise these skills on a variety of delicate lingerie materials in the morning. Including:

- how to sew with stretch fabrics

- how to use correct stitch options for elastics

- how to calculate elastic trims for lingerie

- how to attach/sew with fine laces, silks, lace appliques etc

-step by step guide how to assemble briefs or a thong

Saturday

- finishing the thongs or briefs

- cutting the bra pattern in the choosen fabrics

-students will be guided step-by-step how to assemble their bras

Sunday

- finishing the bras

Each student will receive hand-outs (pdf), a list of suppliers and their own patterns. Throughout this intensive 3day online workshop you will get easy to follow Step-by-Step instructions via videos, images and live chats for Question & Answer to create a high end lingerie set in your size.

WE WILL REQUEST A POSTAL ADDRESS FROM YOU(idealy 3 weeks before your class, if you live outside the UK/Europe )TO SEND YOUR SEWING KIT TO YOUR HOME.

Please note:

* you need to have previous sewing experience to get most out of this class *

What you will need:

- a sewing machine that does straight & zigzag stitches

-scissors /pins/ thread

- access to the internet / Instagram

If you live in the UK we suggest to book at least 2 weeks before your online session will start to receive your sewing kit in time.

EU : at least 4 weeks PLEASE SELECT YOUR POSTAL OPTION when booking

Worldwide : at least 6-8 weeks PLEASE SELECT YOUR POSTAL OPTION when booking

Due to Covid , postal services are slower then usual & if for any reason you have not received your Sewing kit in time , we will transfer you to the next online session for free.
