Enjoy wonderful spa experiences while refreshing mind and body with our dedicated wellbeing professionals, led by a clinical psychologist. Learn and strengthen your own positive psychology strategies and mindfulness practice in a wonderful environment away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Join us in Yorkshire, in the magnificent setting of Rudding Park: relax, unwind and also build your mental resilience.

Throughout the weekend you will attend workshops with a leading clinical psychologist, who will guide you through relaxation strategies to improve your psychological wellbeing and health. You will learn techniques and practices from multiple disciplines, helping you to find your own path to calm and relaxation.

Once you have relaxed your mind, unwind your body. Learn physical relaxation through focused breathing, physical activity and building supple strength through Yoga and Pilates practices.

At Rudding Park, the pampering and relaxation stretches into the evening. Starting with a delicious meal of locally sourced ingredients, you might choose to take a stroll in the manicured gardens or unwind in the newly opened spa, with a treatment or a dip in the natural water pools.

Sink into a luxurious bed at the end of each day, leaving you refreshed and ready to take on another day of relaxation, (after a healthy Yorkshire breakfast, of course!).
