Event Details

This talk looks at the conception, design and delivery of a major highway project currently under construction.

From getting the go-ahead, to the business case, to the why and when, level of detail, monitoring and evaluation. The presentations will cover the detailed design – the background, the solution, the approach, the design and the changes. Finally, the last leg – delivery and construction – a look at how this was achieved with so little disruption to the network.
