No. You don't need any experience. Beginners are welcome and I always go back to basics with the presumption that somebody will be listening or watching for the very first time.

Do I need to attend every week?

No. Each workshop is designed to be stand alone, but you will strengthen your mind muscle with continued repetition. The more often you attend, the faster you'll enjoy results.

What tools will the workshop focus on?

Each workshop has a different theme, but we always use the same three tools (breath work, mindfulness and meditation) to build consistency and strengthen our mental muscle.

Each workshop has a theme which embraces a wide range of topics from sleep, focus, wellbeing, eating, mindset, relaxation, motivation, manifestation and much more.

There's a very good chance you'll quiet your mind and find some inner peace and a sense of tranquillity. Don't expect results, just relax and follow the guided exercises and see where it leads.
