Refreshments will be served, and Equate Scotland will contribute up to £15 to your travel costs.

Please note, travel expense claim should be submitted, with receipts by the 9th of October 2017.

The venue is 5 minutes walk from the train station.

During registration you will ne asked to chose one of the two workshops. The descriptions for both are below.

Understanding your working style
Identifying what we are good at and how best to work with others can be quite a challenge. Utilising the DISC framework this short workshop will enable you to identify the strengths in your working style, identify areas where you could step outside your comfort zone and consider how to work with people who approach things differently.

Assertiveness in the Workplace
Assertive behaviours can help you express yourself in direct, honest and appropriate ways, respecting both the rights of yourself, and of others. This workshop will help you practice assertive techniques in everyday workplace scenarios.
