Anyone who has experienced a loss can attend this group, including partners, whether the loss was recent or long ago.

What happens during the group?

Accepted Answer

The group leader will do a short introduction and ask people to introduce themselves. But it's OK if you don't feel ready or able to talk at this point - it can be very beneficial to listen and know you are not alone.

Question 3

Do I need to have my camera on?

Accepted Answer

You can choose whether to have your camera on or not, and whether to talk or not – whatever feels most comfortable.

Can I attend more than one group?

Do I need to cancel if I can't attend the meeting.

Accepted Answer

We appreciate that sometimes things may happen before or even on the night of the meeting that means you are no longer able to attend.   If this happens, we ask that you cancel your place as soon as possible (incl. up to the night of the meeting) to ensure your place can be given to someone else.
