I invite you to come sit with me in circle.

Gently sip an indulgent mug of heart-opening cacao, taking time to connect to your wise inner self, allowing your deep intuitive voice to rise.

As the velvety darkness falls, embrace the autumnal energy, to shed old stories, relationships & limiting beliefs, as we journey with intention into meditation, to the shamanic beat of my drum.

Together, we close the evening by releasing all that no lopnger serves you into the beauty of our sacred transformative fire pit.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring with me?

Recommended items to bring along are an exercise/yoga mat, cushion and snuggly throw for your comfort, a eye mask if required, your favourite cacao mug (should you have one), a journal/notebook & pen, a water bottle to keep you hydrated.

Is there parking?

Yes there is parking at the venue or outside on the road.

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can relax in. Weather permitting we will be outside around an open fire pit so warm layered clothing is recommended

Do I need to have experience in meditation or cacao?

No experience is required as we will guide you.

Who can attend the circle?

Our circle is inclusive and anyone over the age of 18 may attend
