Event description
A free chance to meet fellow actors online and read Shakespeare via Zoom!

About this Event

Our second of two readings to get us in the Halloween mood is that well known classic, Macbeth. Hubble, bubble, toil and trouble away with professional actors cold reading this famous play.

SPOILER ALERT: proud Macbeth and his power-mad wife plot to murder King Duncan and usurp the throne of Scotland, despite the increasing suspicions of Macbeth's rival, Macduff and his once-loyal friend Banquo.

If you're studying this play for GCSE or A Level, it's the perfect opportunity to hear the play out loud and ask professional actors questions about the characters and plot.

Actors, theatre practitioners and Shakespeare enthusiasts unite! Sign up, download or buy a script and meet up on Zoom with fellow lovers to read this witches' premonition...
