MACBETH SPECIAL - Life drawing session with actor Adam Laughlin

On Saturday 24 August, 4–6 pm, we’re bringing Shakespeare into the studio for a special life drawing session inspired by Macbeth.

Our model/actor will appear in full Shakespearean costume, striking a series of short and long poses that capture the drama, gesture, and atmosphere of the play. Expect an evening that blends theatre and drawing - part sketch session, part storytelling.

This is a lightly tutored session, open to all levels. Whether you’re new to life drawing or an experienced hand, you’ll find space to experiment, explore, and enjoy the process.

Bring your favourite sketchbook and pencils if you have them (some basic materials will be available for anyone who needs them).

Come along, sketch in good company, and see what Macbeth inspires in your lines.
