Online Infant Feeding Workshop. In this workshop the following will be covered -

• Building a close and loving relationship with your baby.

• The 4th trimester.

• Recognising feeding cues.

• Positioning and attachment to effectively breastfeed.

• How to tell if your baby is breastfeeding effectively.

• How to hand express, covering antenatal colostrum harvesting.

• Different breastfeeding positions.

• Responsive breastfeeding & parenting.

• Common breastfeeding challenges.

Partners are welcome to attend, you do not need to purchase an additional ticket if you will be joining the workshop together.

Microsoft Teams link will be sent the day before the event.
