This course will give Digital Champions the skills, confidence and network to implement digital adoption that drives the growth of your business.
Course Outcomes
You will develop the leadership skills and mindset to create your Implementation Growth Action Plan by:
· Gaining a solid understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies
· Understanding key implementation issues relating to Industry 4.0 adoption
· Learning how to review your firm’s strategic direction and its change implementation approach
· Creating your implementation plan to realise the target growth benefits
The course is fully funded for current and aspirational Digital Champions in Yorkshire and Humber-based small or medium-sized business. You will need to commit to attend the whole course and undertake the required project work to develop your firm’s implementation plan.
Traget audience would be those managers and team leaders who would be tasked with or inspiring to implementing change or managing digital projects
Course Practicalities
The programme has been designed to fit around your existing work and personal commitments and comprises 6 in-person and online workshops over approximately 8 weeks.
Week One: 2 days : Change Leadership
Week Two: 1 day: Showcase Visit
Week Three: (Online) Artifical Intelligence
Week Four: 2 Days Industry 4:0
Week Five: (Online) Financial & Benefits Planning
Week Six: (Online) Implemention Review
As part of the program, you’ll also receive two personalised, one-hour online consultations with your Development Consultant to consolidate your learning and give focus to your growth planning
This event is open to senior managers / business owners across the Yorkshire area - whether Hull & East Riding, York and North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and/or South Yorkshire.
