We would like to invite you to attend the Maerl Forum 2025, being held on the 25th April 2025 at the University of Exeter, Penryn Campus.

· University of Exeter, Penryn Campus

· The Forum is free to attend, thanks to our funders Natural England, Cornwall Council, Local Investment in Nature Cornwall (LINC), University of Exeter, and the Fal & Helford Special Area of Conservation fund.

The purpose of the Forum is to bring together academics, marine managers, advisors, conservationists, and investors to foster collaboration, exchange knowledge, build partnerships, and identify funding that will inform maerl conservation across the UK and create Cornwall maerl recovery action plan.

If you are able to attend, please book your ticket (in person or online) as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

A Forum programme and further information will be sent to those booked on in due course.

There will be the opportunity to book on a separate optional maerl dive and snorkel on Saturday 26th April, thanks to coordination from our conference partners Cornwall Wildlife Trust. This will be advertised and bookable seperate to the conference.
