Join Maggie on DRIFT for Yoga on Saturday 13th September at 10.30am.
This class invites us to connect with the River Lagan and the water element as we prepare to transition at Autumn Equinox into the more Yin half of the year.
This is a practice to connect to yourself and nature through embodied movement, meditation, breath practices and rest.
Movement in this class will be slow paced, mindful and connect in with the water element to put us in touch with our own fluid nature.
All welcome to join and explore at your own pace and in your own way.
Come along in your comfy clothes, cosy socks and a yoga mat for yoga on the river (let us know in advance if you want to borrow a mat).
This class is a trauma-informed and mental health aware practice that is inclusive of all bodies and experiences. No prior movement or meditation experience is required. Please fill out this short registration form ahead of the class.
Location: River Lagan, beside the Big Fish
Investment: £20 (£10 concessions)
Time: 10.30am, Saturday 13th September
