Event description
Maggie’s Forth Valley are so excited to bring back its Elf Family Fun Run for 2021.

About this event

Kick off the festive season with Maggie's Forth Valley Elf Family Fun Run.

Dust off your elf costume and join us for a festive fun run to get you in the Christmas spirit.

The Maggie’s Forth Valley Elf Family Fun run is a 1.5 mile circular route through Larbert Woods.

It takes place on Sunday 5th December at the Maggie’s Forth Valley centre.

Registration is from 9:45am and the fun run starts promptly at 11am. The emphasis is on fun – so you can walk or run the route, bring your dog too!

Sign up and take part with family, friends or work colleagues. It’s free to register. All we ask is you raise a minimum sponsorship of £100 per person for Maggie’s Forth Valley.

Spectators are welcome to come along to cheer you on and enjoy the festive fun.

Contact the Forth Valley fundraising team if you have any questions or for more information forthvalleyfundraising@maggiescentres.org or call us on 01324 868078.

Organiser Maggie's

Organiser of Maggie's Forth Valley Elf Family Fun Run 2021

Maggie’s provides free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer and their family and friends, following the ideas about cancer care originally laid out by Maggie Keswick Jencks.

Built in the grounds of NHS cancer hospitals, Maggie's centres are places with professional staff on hand to offer the support people need.

Our centres are places to find practical advice about benefits and eating well; places where qualified experts provide emotional support; places to meet other people; places where you can simply sit quietly with a cup of tea.

The first Maggie’s opened in Edinburgh in 1996 and since then Maggie’s has continued to grow, with 26 centres at major NHS cancer hospitals in the UK and abroad.
