Walk through the wild wood and conjure up your own broom,
but watch out for those Halloween tricks and treats!
Booking is essential!
Price includes materials for one broomstick per child, to take home, and some tricks and treats. Children must be accompanied - minimum one parent for two children. The activities are designed for children aged 4+ with some assistance. Younger siblings are welcome but must have a paid place if they want to take part in the activities.
The event will still take place in event of rain, as we have covered spaces, and do dress appropriately for the weather - wellies are always a good idea for a woodland walk!
Meet at the car park 15 minutes before the event starts.
Fancy dress welcome but optional!
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is parking avaiable, but please car share where possible. Unfortunately the broomsticks only work after dark so you can't fly home, and then only if you have magical powers.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Click on 'contact the organiser' button on the right hand side of this screen to contact us, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. As long as you bring a ticket for each child that is participating, that's fine.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be made if you cancel up to a week in advance, and if the event is cancelled due to exceptional circumstances (probably weather-related)
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, so long as we have evidence of one ticket for each participating child.
