Event description
Join us for our 20th Annual Kids for Kids Candlelit Christmas Concert this year on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 online!

About this Event

We are excited to announce that our Annual Kids for Kids Candlelit Christmas Concert will be taking place this year on Wednesday 2nd December 2020!

The concert celebrates its 20th year and this year, for the first time, will be online so you can experience this magical evening virtually, from the comfort of your own home, wherever you may be.

All we ask is that you light a candle to accompany you and create the beautiful candlelit ambience!

The Concert will be held online at 7.00pm on Wednesday 2nd December and will include readings from several of our wonderful celebrity Patrons, Joanna Lumley OBE, Miriam Margolyes OBE, Julie Etchingham and The Lord Cope of Berkeley PC.

We are delighted that the Choir of Queen’s Gate School, one of the first all girls' schools in London founded in 1891, will again be accompanying us – we cannot wait to hear the angelic voices of the little ones and the beautiful soaring voices of the senior girls!

All funds raised at the Concert will support Kids for Kids, virtually the only organisation helping the forgotten children of Darfur, Sudan.

This is the perfect way to begin the Christmas Season!

So, dim the lights, ignite the candles, warm the mulled wine & mince pies, and come and join us for our Magical Online Kids for Kids Christmas Concert on Wednesday 2nd Dec at 7pm.

About Kids for Kids:

Kids for Kids has been saving and transforming the lives of the children the world has forgotten, since 2001. Founded by Patricia Parker MBE after her first-hand experience of the inexcusable conditions these children were living in, the charity has now helped for the long term, over 500,000 people in 105 villages throughout Darfur.

From our ‘lend a goat’ scheme through to training midwives and first aid workers, planting sustainable forests and fruit trees, to installing water pumps in villages so they have clean, fresh water at hand, and setting up kindergartens, Kids for Kids is literally transforming lives.
