Description

This event will launch "Magistrates: representatives of the people?", a report on diversity in the magistracy. Part one of this research has been published (to download click http://goo.gl/kSC8HZ). This event presents the full report, including new research with magistrates across England and Wales.

The session will be chaired by Roma Hooper (Make Justice Work) with speakers including Penelope Gibbs (Transform Justice), Richard Monkhouse (The Magistrates' Association) and Professor Rod Morgan.

Registration, coffee and tea from 10.00 in the George Fox Room. Plenary starts 10.30, and ends at 12.15.
