It is with great pleasure we announce the return of our annual meeting this year to be held at the Hilton Doubletree hotel on the weekend of 27th and 28th September 2025. It is only right to say it is time to meet our dear friends and classmates once again, and let our hair down and party.

Please keep the dates reserved and book your tickets (see below for the meet) asap!

Please come forward to contribute to the event either through your talent or knowledge and skills to make this meeting a truly memorable event together for the UK MAHE Alumni group.

Event tickets : please note late tickets booked in September will be 90 GBP (adult) and 30 GBP (child)

Adult (>12 yrs of age) 80 GBP

Child (5 - 12 yrs of age) 30 GBP

Child under 5 Free

Discounts:

MAHE Alumni group members*: GBP 10 discount applied for member for dinner ticket

For Couples or family* (>2 people): A discount of 10 GBP will be offered to the total dinner price (cash back or voucher or suitable)

Note:* The MAHE Alumni UK is run by fellow alumni and is a 'non-profit organisation'. If additional funds are collected (via annual membership and/or events), these are held in the Alumni group account (accounts presented annually at the AGM meeting). If in great surplus, at the discretion of the board, these funds are redistributed for the group (example: donations to good causes; 'drinks on the house'; or amazon vouchers).

2. Payment for Event : From your own bank account send as bank transfer to:

3 . Once payment received, send us your payment info and your ticket(s) will be confirmed by the finance team

4. Book your rooms: via Hilton link send direct to you with discounts applied.

Discounted room rate includes complimentary bed and breakfast and free car parking starting at GBP 110 for a single room; GBP 130 for a double room and 150 for a suite.
