It’s an NLP framework developed by Robert Dilts. It is used to explore how different aspects of our personal experiences, influence our thoughts and behaviour.

It helps us identify where a problem or an opportunity lies, whether it’s external (our environment) or internal (our beliefs or identity).
By understanding the true source of an issue, we can:
