There will be coffee and tea available for the cost of £3 per person. Please bring cash.
This event is extended as it is the Christmas party for the group. We will be moving to Brissenden Vineyard for 12.30pm which is 15 mins away. Attending the Christmas Party is an additional £10 to attend. To be paid in advance to Liz. You will also be allocated an item of food to bring. Car sharing will be necessary when you move to the Vineyard. Please find someone to share with. Any money not used on venue, teas/coffees, etc will be donated to Dementia Friendly Maidstone.
- Party is scheduled for 12.30-2.30pm. We have the ability to stay longer if we wish but we will be charged for the use of the room.
- Everyone brings a dish up to the cost of £5-10. This dish will be allocated before the 2nd December. This can be shop bought or handmade. It needs to be a substantial size so that at least 8 people can have some. Anyone who has allergies/gluten free/veggie will bring their own food for them to ensure they get what they need. Food to be provided in a chilled state. Insightful Minds has paid provisionally for the venue but will not be liable for the food preparation/food hygiene on the day. Each business takes responsibility for this. Everyone is responsible for tidying up the venue before leaving.
- Everyone pays £10 to come along. This is to pay towards the cost of the venue, teas/coffees, paper plates, napkins, cups etc. What ever money is left after the event will be donated to Dementia Friendly Maidstone Charity.
- Everyone who wants to come along will pay a £10 deposit (non refundable) to Liz to hold their space. This will not be payable via Eventbrite as it incurs costs with Eventbrite and Paypal as well as creating additional accounting transactions for Liz’s business. Ensure you purchase an Eventbrite ticket for the Christmas meal, and the networking session to ensure you have a place and will then be allocated a dish to bring. Liz will be in touch to get your payment and to allocate your food item to bring.
- ·It will be necessary to car share to the venue as there isn’t parking for 40 cars. It will be up to participants to make sure that they are car sharing with others.
- There is no way to cook food at the venue. Bring chilled ore buy from Aldi/Sainsburys before attending.
