Workshop Overview

Narcissistic abuse leaves behind more than heartbreak. It can fracture self-trust, create deep confusion, and silence your inner voice. Many survivors are left questioning their reality, struggling with self-doubt, and feeling isolated in their experience.

This online workshop offers a safe and compassionate space to make sense of what has happened, gain language for the dynamics of narcissistic abuse, and begin reconnecting with your inner strength. Rather than promising quick fixes, this workshop is about education, validation, and equipping you with the first steps toward long-term recovery.

Together, we will:

  • Explore the cycle of narcissistic abuse and how it shows up across intimate, family, and workplace relationships
  • Learn how gaslighting, control, and manipulation impact the nervous system and sense of identity
  • Discover practical tools to begin rebuilding boundaries and self-trust
  • Connect with others who understand the complexities of these experiences, without pressure to share unless you choose to.

Facilitators

Emma Wallen is a BACP and NCPS-accredited psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and group therapist with over 10 years of professional experience. She specialises in relationship therapy, narcissistic abuse recovery, and inner child healing. Emma has supported hundreds of individuals and couples through the aftermath of controlling and abusive dynamics. Her work is recognised for blending evidence-based therapy, trauma-informed practice, and soulful integration. She creates spaces that are inclusive, safe, and empowering, particularly for women of colour, queer women, and those navigating intersectional experiences of love and identity.

Anna Sinski is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and poet who integrates creativity with clinical expertise. She has worked extensively with individuals and couples, helping people navigate complex relational dynamics, cultural blind spots, and identity challenges. Anna brings warmth, depth, and a unique ability to weave psychological understanding with the power of language and expression. Her dual lens as both psychologist and poet creates transformative group experiences that honour both intellect and soul.

Together, Emma and Anna co-create spaces that balance clinical rigour with compassion and authenticity. Their collaboration, facilitated through ThirdWays, offers a new model for couples and individuals seeking growth, healing, and deeper connection in their relationships.
