How difficult is change?
Whilst change is the one constant, it is also the main area that holds people back. This inability to initiate or maintain change leads to failure statistical rates being higher and sucess rates being lower. My talk and workshop will show a development programme that has the ability to buck this trend and make your change susefull.
The Christmas carol written and published by Charles Dickens in 1843 is a story that most people are familiar with, Do you remember Scrooge? I once resembled this character in so many ways, as I also refused to listen or change. I was a Bah Humbug!
Using my own experience, I have brought this age-old story of transformation into the 21st Century and created this 45-minute Keynote and 1.5hr workshop. You will be walked through the change process and how you can identify the need your need for change and then maintain belief in yourself and your ideas.
