Punctures : probably one of the most common ailments for the regular cyclist - and they always seem to happen at the worst moment! Late, in the rain, it's just got dark - perhaps. Come and build your confidence for that fizzing flattening feeling you're bound to experience at some point on a cycling journey and learn about the best solution - together!

This is a practical workshop and comes in two parts, we strongly recommend that participants attend both workshops to get the most out of them. Part I : 'Wheels Away' is on 24th September.

- How do you get them?
- Can you prevent them?
- Fix or replace? Should you fix your tube or fit a new one?
- What do I do if I get a puncture?
- Removing the front wheel
- Fear of the rear! Removing the rear wheel
- Hub gear v derailleur
- Axles – Quick release, Thru, Nutted.
- Tyre removal
- Tu-be or not tu-be. Is tubeless better?
- I.D. parade. Inflation capacity, size, valve type.
- Tools you will need.
- The many questions about puncture repair answered.
