WHOLE DAY WORKSHOP Develop practices for reflection, self-trust and balance

About this Event

As we shift towards winter, join us in this cosy, welcoming space to step away from the demands and pace of modern, everyday life and create the headspace you need.

It's a time for nurturing, slowing and gathering resources.

Spend the day re-connecting with yourself, your values and your needs. Leave the workshop with practical tools and resources for ongoing practice.

We'll combine opportunities for nature- and body-connection with coaching techniques to help you to Breathe, Connect, Reflect and create constructive Practice.

- tools for building your strength in 'listening to your gut'.

Importantly, there will be opportunities throughout the day for personal reflection.

Light refreshments will be provided, and we ask that you bring your own lunch.
