Join Scottish felting artist Jenni Thomson for a 3D felting workshop where we create festive bluetit hanging ornaments together. You will be part of a group, no larger than 12, making together at the Council Chambers room in the Penicuik Town Hall. All materials provided
Jenni was recently awarded the Penicuik Turner Prize for her painting work and has been felting for most of her life. She is a generous, friendly teacher who looks to work with all abilities. She will be assisted by Morag Donkin, who will make sure that everyone is comfortable and able to engage with the process.
Bring your mugs for tea, tetley tea bags and semi skimmed cows milk provided, please bring an alternative if required. Parking available at the B&M car park, but has to be paid online for more than 3 hours. Otherwise, on street parking is available. Opposite the Navaar hotel is a reliable spot. There is a lift for access to the first floor Council Chambers room for those who have need of it. We look forward to working with you soon in a relaxed setting for fun seasonal crafting.
