What is  vehicle access like?

Access from the road is along a surfaced track that is unsuitable for the very lowest slung sports cars - fine for standard sort of cars. We can provide alternative parking  if essential, but it will be further from the venue.

How will I find the venue?

We don't advertise the venue's location to the general public so details will be sent to you two or three weeks before the day. Although it is isolated, we think we have got the directions right, so pretty much everyone finds us first time now!

Question 3

What is access like to the venue itself?

Accepted Answer

The venue is in a wood so even though the paths are cut grass, they are a little rough and it is a 300m walk up a slope from the car parking area to where the day happens. If you have a physical condition that  means you aren't sure about whether you will be able to enjoy the day, please contact us.

Question 4

What should I bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Lunch, secateurs if you have them (there will be spares), clothing for any weather conditions - please check a weather forecast beforehand. e will provide all materials and tools as well as a selection of teas, coffee , soft drinks, cakes, fruit and biscuits throughout.

Question 5

What happens if the weather looks terrible?

Accepted Answer

We  will  be in touch a day or two before the event if we decide to cancel because of the weather. Although there is shelter on site, we feel that a combination of low temperatures, strong wind and heavy rain mean that a day won't be enjoyable. If we do cancel you will receive a full refund.
