The aim of this course is to give yourself time and space to reflect on the week and set a clear intention and focus into the week ahead. As we move into spring, it is a good time to re-evaluate where we are, sort of an inside spring clean.
We can get easily distracted in life and one of our biggest challenges is staying on track and focus. We are often under a lot of pressure to respond to different situations and request. This creates overwhelm and a feeling of not knowing where to start to make changes.
This meditation group has been designed to help you establish healthy routines and daily practices in your life, this is the core fundamentals of implementing changes in your life, without giving yourself to time and space for reflection and evaluation it's hard to implement changes and move forward in your life.
Help you learn the art of being kind to yourself to discern what we really need.
Look at where to say no and implement boundaries.
Give you dedicated time of one hour a week for evaluation and contemplation with like minded people in a supported way.
Use skills of reflection, evaluation, inspiration and quite a contemplation to find solutions in a quite kind and heart-cantered way.
