When can my child collect their monster?

3D printing can take a couple of hours to a couple of days. We will be printing up to 24 monsters from our Penarth and Barry 3D Print Workshops during the Summer Holidays ready for the Monster Battle Event. Monsters will be available for collection at the battle event for a cash payment of £5.

When and what is the Battle?

Our Monster Battle takes place at Barry Library Makerspace Wednesday 28th August. There will be a morning session (10:00 - 12:00) and afternoon session (13:30 - 15:30). The battle will be inspired by the monsters the children have created and will be played in the style of Dungeons and Dragons.

What if we would like to buy the monster but cannot attend the Monster Battle Wednesday 28th August?

If you would like to buy your monster but cannot attend the event we have got you covered! If your child attended the workshop at Barry Library Makerspace their monster will be available to collect from Barry Library Front Desk from 28.08.24. Payment will be £5 cash only.
