You will know where to get help. Your website can be free of charge, with as many pages as you choose, for as long as you want. You will leave with full control over your website.
We aim to make the website process clear and cover basic good design choices. To give you confidence about security and help you to avoid some pitfalls. The workshop is a quick start, so you can be confident in choosing your next steps.
WordPress is a powerful tool to start you off on your web-designing journey. In fact, it may well be the only website design software you will ever need to use. Come and find out how you can make it work for you.
The workshop is for beginners and assumes no prior knowledge of website design or WordPress. It is a taster to help you see if WordPress is right for you and to work out where to go next with it.
We keep the size of the group small. This gives you lots of opportunity for individual questions and ensures one person per computer.
We aim to make all our events as accessible as we can. Please tell us if you have a specific requirement or any other way we can support you in taking part.
Preparation Your booking confirmation will include a short checklist of simple things to consider or to bring with you. Do get in touch if you have any questions when you receive the confirmation.
Timing The workshop lasts for 2 hours and begins promptly 15 minutes after the event start time. (We allow these 15 minutes for arriving and settling at your computer.) It is important that you are on time to get the most out of your session.
Costs Prices are inclusive of VAT and fees. If you need us to provide you with a VAT receipt, please contact us.
Refund Policy In the rare case that we have to cancel an event, we will refund your ticket in full. Our liability in this case will be limited to the face value of your ticket. If you make your purchase more than 72 hours before the event and cancel within 24 hours of purchase, we will fully refund your ticket. Refunds can take up to 7 working days after we have issued them to show up in your account.

She has a knack for presenting technical and complex information in simple terms. Corinne has worked in the commercial website industry for more than 15 years and uses WordPress on a daily basis.
