About this event
Join us for Prosecco and the ultimate art experience. Edward Bulmer Natural Paint will be co-hosting an incredible, immersive art event with The Crossover Project, showcasing artworks that have been created using waste materials by 15 participants under the direction of 3 exciting, emerging artists who each have very different disciplines.
Their pieces will be judged by Roddy Clarke and Aurelia Islimye, co-founders of The Crossover Project, Simon Hamilton Interior Designer, keynote speaker and presenter and, Ben Spriggs, Editor in Chief of ELLE Decoration.
We invite you to spectate the judging and surround yourself with beautiful art while learning more about the opportunities of working creatively with waste.
Edward Bulmer Natural Paint are pioneers in plant-based paints, designed, created and ‘homemade’ for you by leading Interior Designer, Architectural Historian and Environmental Campaigner, Edward Bulmer. Like a top chef, Edward is passionate about every colour he produces, how it has been made and the raw materials used to make it - "By choosing a natural paint, you are making more than a colour choice, a paint choice, a fashion choice or even a lifestyle choice – you too are choosing to make a difference, to our building environments, our health, our nature and our planet." Edward Bulmer
The Crossover Project, design journalist Roddy Clarke and indie art gallery founder Aurelia Islimye are embarking on a mission to uncover the waste streams within the creative world and reimagine them with the help of a group of talented artists. Challenging the industry and leading the need for change, the duo merge the worlds of design, art and fashion in a bid to bring circularity and sustainability to the forefront of the creative sectors.
