Welcome to Make, Bake and Break Bread!

Join us on Saturday 18th October, 2025 at 11:30 AM at St Mary the Virgin Church Rooms (across the road from the church) for a fun and delicious bread making workshop.

Learn how to make your own bread from scratch, and as it proves, enjoy breaking bread together with a tasty lunch provided by our fabulous friends from Seasons Cafe.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this event is perfect for anyone who loves to share in the simple pleasure of freshly baked bread. Come hungry and ready to get your hands doughy! We look forward to seeing you there!

What you can expect:

  • Everyone welcome, including all ages and abilities
  • A very relaxed, informal atmosphere!
  • Enjoy being part of a team, helping one another
  • All ingredients and equipment to use on the day will be provided
  • Make either a fabulous foccacia tray bake OR a brilliant baguette loaf
  • Delicious plant-based soup and sides lunch included
  • Take your creations home OR share with someone who could do with a little lift!
  • Take-home recipe cards provided to recreate again again
