Our Make Bold Choices weekly social run is all about bringing people together through movement, connection, and community. Taking place every week from The Post Office Café in Caton, we cover a relaxed 5km route – perfect for all levels, whether you're just starting out or a seasoned runner looking for a steady-paced shakeout.

This isn’t about PBs or pace – it’s about people. We run together, support each other, and always finish with a brew and a chat back at the café. It’s a great chance to meet like-minded locals, get active, and enjoy a slice of community spirit in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
