In the 45 minute interactive session you discover the top 3 areas you need to have prepared. You go away with clarity on your objectives, an outline of the customer journey and ideas on how to increase engagement and return on your investment.

And there will be time to get some of the preparation done as well as identifying any gaps that need to be addressed.
